After booking an appointment :
1. Before your first visit you may find it convenient to upload your contact and Medical Aid details to us either by clicking on this link on your computer Or by using your phone to scan the QR code on the right.
2. Please bring the following documents with you to the appointment:
- ID document or Passport
- Medical Aid or Insurance card.
- A list of all the medicines that you currently taking
3. Please click on this link which will take you to a site where you can upload your contact and medical aid details directly to our practice.
4. We understand that parking in the area around the office is difficult, especially in holiday season. If you turn up Gibb Street from Main Street there is a loading bay on the right about 20 m from the intersection. The easiest may be to have someone drop you off at this point – the access in to the building from there is step free and suitable for wheelchairs. Your driver will then find easier parking by continuing up to High Street.
